Born and raised in Edmonton, Richard prides himself on his customer service and administrative expertise, helping each of our landlords remain in the know about their investment. With a wealth of experience in renovations and new builds as a Journeyman Carpenter and General Contractor, Richard leverages that history and his wide network of tradespeople to ensure Ardent provides both peace of mind and top value to clients.

Justin has been investing in real estate in Edmonton for over fifteen years and has a wealth of experience in market research, tenant placement, and property management. Having worked with a variety of management companies over the years, as well as always self-managing a portion of his own portfolio, Justin is focused on building a company that supports landlords with expert advice and builds relationships with tenants through trustworthy professionalism.
